Trading terms

Through JEANSFIT you order safely!
We are fair, we don't use small letters, important facts are highlighted.

 Ordering
Shopping in our online shop issimple and intuitive. By clicking on a specific product will be displayed more information on the model, including the possibilities of  easy ordering. For a better imagination of the product it is possible to click on it and it appears magnified in a new window.
1. Select desired product. 
2. Choose the size, if the model is offered in various sizes. 
3. Select a color if the model is offered in various colors. 
4. Enter the number of pieces.
5. Click "To cart". You will immediately see a notice that your product was successfully inserted into the shopping cart. From this moment you can track the current status of your shopping cart at top left. 
6. According to the instructions above you can order additional items.  You can change the number of pieces in the "Shopping Cart" whenever you like, and they can be recalculated afterwards. After you click on the cross next to product, it is removed from the basket.  
7. If you have completed your selection, click on the item "Order" and fill in your initials. We recommend to fill in the e-mail or phone if the order had to be consulted.  
8. Enter the "Sumbit". If your order and personal information agree, confirm it. 
9. You will automatically receive e-mail confirmation receipt of your order. It is recommended to print the receipt. Now the ordering is complete. 

Cancellation of already entered orders
Do you want to cancel already entered order any time for any reason?No problem. Tell us your intention to  info@jeansfit.sk  and according to the progress of your order, we discuss with you the cancellation procedure.

Delivery time
1 to 10 working days from the date of order.

We always try to work as quickly as possible when following your order, so we do not exceed the period of service above delivery time.

To make your purchase through  JEANSFIT the most advantageous one, shipping is free!
Notification:
If we are unable to deliver all items at the same time, the shipping of other packages is paid by JEANSFIT.. 

Payment
Choose a payment method that suits you best. Depending on the chosen way of payment and availability of items, we will deliver the ordered items in time from several hours to 14 days after the confirmation of order. 


a) Bank  transfer or deposit to the account: fastest transfer within one bank. Transfer of money between two banks takes approximately 1-2 business days. Money can be put directly into the account of JEANSFIT :

b) Online payment systems: If  you choose to use online payment systems VISA and MAESTRO card, after the confirmation of your order you will be redirected to the GP WEBPAY

Ownership of goods 
the item remains in the ownership of company until payed for shipment.

Package take-over
When the shipment is received, make sure that you items are not damaged in the presence carrier. If a package is damaged and there is no notation of the damage attached, please do not take the package. If a product or any part of it is missing, send us a record of the damage to our address and we will send you the missing items. To promote further possible claims, we ask that you keep the proof of payment for items.

Exchange of items
If you received the shipment and find that the items you have ordered are small or large or are not entirely according to your wishes, no problem. JEANSFIT already applied the upcoming EU direction for Online stores. The costumer has the right to exchange items or money refund within 14 days of receipt of items without giving a reason. If you decide for exchange, always follow these steps:  
1. Tell us about your intention to exchange items by mail to  info@jeansfit.sk with following: Request for exchange of items for...
2. Insert the copy of invoice into the package + a copy of email you sent us.
3. Send the package to: Novonet, s.r.o. , Kukuèínová 414/65, 020 01 Púchov
Items must be in original package, undamaged, unused and with all labels to be able to resale. The exchange does not refer to postage, only the price of item will be returned. 
Do not send the items back by cash on delivery - it won't be taken!!! 

Return and refund
If You decide to withdraw from the conctract, always follow these steps:
 send us email to info@jeansfit.sk with following: I am withdrawing from the contract and I request the full refund.

Items must be in original package, undamaged, unused and with all labels to be able to resale. The exchange does not refer to postage, only the price of item will be returned.

Quality assurance
Under the amendment of the Civil Code No. 150/2004 we provide the warranty of 2 years for each product. It starts to run on the day of items take-over.

Prices of goods and services
All prices are included with VAT 19%.

Registration
Registration is not required. However, if you register, you can get these benefits:     
- you can monitor the progress of your shipment handling
- you get the opportunity to be informed by e-mail about various discounts, benefits and promotions for specific items or about receiving of new product to the store.    
- you have the opportunity to get free gift for loyal customers (we are giving rewards one time per year)

Registered customers, we offer a discount for multiple purchases. Discount will be applied for the second order already.

Privacy policy
Personal information that we require from you, are used exclusively for internal use of JEANSFIT consistent with the obligations arising under a sale contract and we do not provide them to third parties except for external carriers, to whom your personal information are provided only in minimum extend and that is for smooth delivery of your items directly to your home. We are working with your personal information only to the extend allowed by law No. 428/2002 Z.z. about privacy policy. Your personal details are ensured against abuse and are not acessed for third parties and will not be commercially exploited in any way. When registering, you have the opportunity to choose sending information about new products or other marketing information from the seller.
